Payment

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to place an order. Simply select the ‘guest’ option in PayPal when making your payment and enter your credit card information. Using PayPal protects the buyer and the seller if any issues arise!

Shipping

We only offer shipping to US and Canada addresses at this time. Orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Orders are shipped via USPS. Each polish is in its own box and will be shipped in either a bubble mailer or box depending on the size of the order. Tracking numbers will be purchased for each order and provided upon request. Once shipped, domestic packages typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, however, that time may vary depending upon your local post office. International (Candian) orders may take up to 21 business days to arrive, depending upon customs. If you would like to use a different shipping method or add extras (i.e. insurance or signature confirmation) please note your request in the comments box when checking out and we will bill you for the difference.

When placing your order, make sure the shipping address indicated in your order matches up to the shipping address provided to PayPal. PayPal will automatically print your shipping label with the address stated in PayPal, regardless of what was entered during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong location, due to an error in the PayPal shipping address. 

As per PayPal Seller Protection guidelines, orders valued at $250 or more will require signature confirmation. The additional fees required for signature confirmation will be provided by GlitterDaze. 

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package does not arrive and the tracking number says delivered, contact your local post office and they should be able to help you locate your package. USPS takes lost and stolen packages very seriously. Often, you will need to file a claim with the post office and they will run an internal investigation if your package has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it. 

Returns

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns. If you are unsure about purchasing an item, please visit the product page where we have provided links to reviews done by various bloggers. These pictures and reviews should help you make an informed purchasing decision. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items at customerservice@shopglitterdaze.com. Photographic evidence will be required, so please include that with your e-mail. Damaged and defective products will receive online store credit OR replacements. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

International ordering T&C:
 
  • Customer releases GlitterDaze Cosmetics of all shipping liabilities. Once the order leaves our warehouse and arrives to the post office, we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Customer must be responsible for any customs fees/taxes/any additional fees charged to them by their postal system. 
  • Any items that arrive damaged will receive store credit or a refund, minus the cost of shipping. Photographic evidence will be required. 
  • GlitterDaze Cosmetics will purchase a tracking number for each international order and provide it to the customer. Customers have the option to purchase insurance on their package. 
  • GlitterDaze Cosmetics will not cite nail polish on the customs declaration form. We will mark items as: cosmetics/lipgloss/eyeshadow etc. Customers can request specific details or item value on customs forms in order to avoid paying duties. 
  • By placing an order with us, the customer is agreeing to our international ordering terms and condition.

Additional Information

All polishes are made in small batches. Polishes may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Please note that our polishes have not been evaluated by the FDA. All of the products used, except for glitter, are designed specifically for use on the nails. The premium glitters we use are made with polyester or polyester/acrylic. Please use at your own risk!

Please also note that it is in the nature of some glitters to curve. Extra-large glitter, as well as bar glitter may curve slightly over time. This is a phenomena also found in commercial polishes. Although some glitters may curve, they should lay flat on the nail once applied. You may use an orange stick or toothpick to press rogue glitters down while the polish is still tacky and help them to lay flatter. I highly encourage the use of a high-quality, thick topcoat to give your polish a glassy smooth finish!

Neon glitters tend to be more fragile than metallics, and more prone to fading over time. 

Thermal polishes have a shorter shelf life than other colored nail polish. Make sure to store in a cool and dark environment standing up-right to achieve the maximum shelf life and changeability in your thermal polishes, 

In the event that you must add thinner to your polish, make sure to use a thinner with Butyl Acetate and Ethyl Acetate as other ingredients may cause curling and fading when there was none.

We try to capture the colors of our polish as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on the settings of your screen.
