I PLACED MY ORDER 5 DAYS AGO, WHERE IS IT?
As stated in our store policies, our order processing time is 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or days when the post office is closed. If you have a situation where you need your package shipped out before 7 business days, please contact us before placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your needs! 

I RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, BUT MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED IN A FEW DAYS. WHAT'S GOING ON?
Our warehouse is in the heart of Dallas' Manufacturing District, and our post office has a very high volume of packages received daily. Usually, they don't scan things in when we drop them off. When this happens, tracking is usually updated once the package reaches the destination facility. Once a package is dropped off to USPS, we unfortunately have no further control over how fast it is processed through their system! 

I PLACED MY ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
As long as you went through the entire payment process, your order did go through! If you did not receive a confirmation email from us, make sure to check your spam and add customerservice@shopglitterdaze.com to your safe senders list! Our system automatically sends out these emails, so unless it got caught in spam, or the incorrect email address was used, you should have received order confirmation!

I SIGNED UP FOR AN ACCOUNT AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. CAN MY ORDER INFORMATION BE PUT INTO MY NEW ACCOUNT?
Unfortunately, we don't have the capability to add orders to new accounts. We can, however, add the reward points you would have automatically earned into your account manually. Simply email us with the name/email you used to register your account as well as your order number and we'll go ahead and do that for you!
